Little Lies and Valentines By Lashell Rain
4/5⭐️
3/5🌶
Such a cute dark stalker novella. An easy read if you want a valentines themed stalker romance.
Not a ton of spice. (Begins around 55% in, but is good quality ✨️)

⚠️Spoilers included in this review.⚠️
Abby is fresh out of a terrible relationship when she catches the eye of a man who immediately becomes obsessed with her, and begins to shower her in flowers, and letters of affection and knowledge of himself, without revealing his identity. After four months of writing letters with her Stalker, she begins to feel she may be ready to date, and is definitely feeling things for her stalker.
Alas, Alex the bailiff who is coming into the coffee shop she works at every day is flirting with her, and asks her on a date. Torn between two men, one who she doesn't even know, what will she do?
I did think it was very obvious who the stalker is. With not much knowledge of exactly what the letters, (That went on for 4 months), contained, it was hard to catch that Alex was hinting at it.
I did like how easy otherwise it was to follow the story.
I loved Alex waited until Abby knew who he was to further their physical relationship. It made me as the reader feel like he actually cared for her and didn't want to hurt her. Some stalker romances I've read don't do this, and it feels more betraying to the mfc.
For it being a quick read, I really did love it.
There is another book in this series titled "Little Horrors and Deceptions" which is a dark serial killer romance. I may check it out as well.
(This is my own personal review based on my opinion on this book/series. Not everyone enjoys the same books, just because I loved/hated it doesn't mean you will love/hate it. As always, check your trigger warnings.)
